I won’t say hubby almost burned the house down, because nothing actually caught on fire. He just got a scare this past August when the outdoor electrical outlet shot flames at him as he unplugged his motorcycle charger.

Instead of keeping our male and female Mollies in separate tanks, I made a DIY fish tank divider from a plastic cross-stitch panel and aquarium suction cups.
Today I began the task of protecting our foundation from a massive mouse invasion. I believe the invasion began last spring when I installed the squirrel feeding platform. Live and learn!
I am a Federal employee & was out of work on furlough for 5 weeks from 12/22/2018 through 1/27/2019. During my forced vacation I managed to get a lot done at home, some of which I’ve already shared. This post is my last furlough project post and covers all the random, small, miscellaneous things I did!
I am a Federal employee & was out of work on furlough from 12/22/2018 through 1/27/2019. Thankfully we are back at work now! My 6th furlough project was to transfer my DVD collection from storage towers into a binder case.
I am a Federal employee & have been on furlough since 12/22/2018 [thankfully it finally ended and I’ll be going back to work Monday!!!]. My 5th furlough project was installing more cubbie storage in our dining room. I briefly thought about building something, but the wood alone would have cost more than the prefab cubbie units!
