The last time I worked on Stained Glass circles was in April 2017. This past April, 3 years later, I started cutting glass circles like a maniac. I cut 70 of them in a 5 day period!

This is the first part of a 3-part mouse story. It all started back on December 3, 2019, when Darwin spent 2 days staring fixedly at the living room baseboard heater, cocking his head from side to side.
Working from home has it’s challenges but overall it’s been a very enjoyable experience!
For a couple of years now, “rebuild the back [yard] steps” has been on my projects list. In early May I finally got around to starting the project and when I pulled the top step away from the wall I knew I had to elevate the job to our local handyman because rot. SO much rot.
Building on my last post, here are 5 more little projects I’ve completed in the past couple of months. I also photographed my “honey do list”, at least the first page.
In May 2019 I started de-mousing our foundation. I got as far as doing the right side of the stoop and part of the front wall of the house while Darwin helped. In December I did the left side of the stoop, but it got too cold to do the front. I finally finished last week.
