Some of my favorite photos from July, August, & September 2018:
My typical Ipswich summer walk usually starts on a dirt path about a block from our house which winds along the Ipswich River:
The path ends at a street full of gorgeous houses and gardens that also follows the River:
I love seeing wildlife on my walks. I usually see turkeys and chickens but it’s also nice to see rabbits, cats, song birds, squirrels:
Then I loop back to the dirt path again, and head towards home. It’s always nice seeing our house across the town green and knowing I’m almost home:

I’m so sick of the rain! Wish it would snow.
I’ll always prefer rain to snow, but I know what you mean! Snow will be fun for the boys!
Take us too!
🙂
Thank you for this walk! I really needed it! It’s SO dreary and dark here in the PNW. Looking at summer pictures is a great escape. You have a beautiful neighborhood … love the old houses and flowers.
Such a dreary fall / early winter this year!
You live in a fascinating town and your photos capture a gorgeous path along the river that I had no idea existed. I’d love to take that same walk with you sometime next summer!
Any time!
