A Visit to the Bro
In late October I flew down to VA and spent 2 days with my brother Seth, his wife, and their 2 girls. Their 2 older boys are both in college and I will have to wait until Christmas to see them.
A New Theme & A New Photo!
It was time to update my site. It’s been pretty much inactive since 2020. I uploaded a new theme today [“Bravada” by Cryout Creations, my favorite (free!) Wordpress theme company]. And finally uploaded a new photo of myself.
Tree Trimming
Last July I got tired of looking at all the dead branches on the large maple in our driveway. I bought a 10 foot pole saw on Amazon and got to work.
Replacing a Lamp Cord
Now that I’m caught up on my 2021 posts, I’m moving on to 2022. In August 2014 I found an amazing swag pendant on Amazon for our upstairs hall. Last year the cord stopped working.
Touching up Grout in the Front Hall
Another April 2022 project. I had noticed the grout in the front hall, which I’d done in 2015 when I tiled the front hall, needed some touching up.
MA AUDUBON WALK
In March 2022 Abbie and I went for a walk through the MA Audubon Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary trials. Last weekend Jim and I went for a nice walk ourselves.
