Guess who went to the local hardware store after work and bought a full sheet of ¾” plywood? That’s right, this girl! Woohoo! I don’t know why I love plywood so much… probably because it’s the first wood I’ve ever bought and I haven’t graduated to “real” wood yet.
The front hall has needed an overhaul forever. I sort of sporadically decided to paint it grey this weekend. Well, let me backup a bit. Last year, when I was re-doing the laundry room, I was torn between Benjamin Moore Night Flower [a bold raspberry] and BM Kendall Charcoal. I chose raspberry for the laundry room but kept Kendall Charcoal on the back burner.
So much to do that I don’t even know where to start!
I didn’t accomplish everything on the list [obviously, because the list is long!] but I did enough that I feel very accomplished *big grin*
I wrote this post on 3/26/15. It will publish automatically on 4/2/15 at 6am and is part of my #TBT [Throw Back Thursday] series. It covers our stop in Colon, Panama & our crossing of the Panama Canal.
For the first time ever, I have bought something from Houzz.com. To be honest, I’m still not entirely sure what Houzz is… it sort of defies characterization. Thanks to my mom [who discovered Houzz last year] I get their daily emails, which contain links to photo-heavy articles on home decor, architecture, gardens, chicken coops, home offices, kitchen backsplashes, art studios, garden sheds, DIY stuff, and a bazillion other things.
